Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Information you give us. If you email us, we receive your name (if you give it), your email address, and your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our analytics tool records how it is used: pages viewed, the page that referred you, approximate location (country or region), browser and device type, and similar technical data. We do not use this to identify you personally.

We don't sell products, take payments, or ask you to create an account on this Site.

2. How We Use It

• To reply to your messages and inquiries.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
• To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Service Providers

We use a small number of providers to run the Site. They process data only for the purposes described:

• PostHog (analytics): records the usage data described above. Data region: US. Their policy: posthog.com/privacy.
• Resend (email delivery): used only when you send us a message through a contact or feedback form, or when an email is sent to you from one of our products (for example, a sign-in link). Resend processes your email address and message content to deliver them. Their policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Vercel (hosting): serves the Site and may log technical data such as IP addresses.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the security of our services.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We have configured analytics to run without cookies. You can still block or limit tracking in your browser settings, and the Site will work either way.

5. How Long We Keep Data

• Messages and emails: kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry, then deleted or archived, generally within 24 months.
• Analytics data: kept for approximately 12 months, then deleted or aggregated. This is governed by our analytics provider's data retention policy. See their policy for details.

6. Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hi@singarlabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.

• California residents have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information.
• Visitors from the EU, UK, or similar regions have additional rights under their local laws, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with their data protection authority. Our legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in running and improving the Site and, for messages you send us, taking steps you ask for.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Our products may have different rules, so check each product's privacy policy.

9. International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and the providers above may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand your information may be processed outside your country.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated policy.
